Everything must come to an end

A very good show is coming to an end and people are shocked. The well heard show from the CW Supergirl is ending with its 6th season. The show is coming to an end because the CW is going to start filming their new show which will be Superman and Lois.

Fans are disappointed that the famous Supergirl will be ending soon. The cast as well has been very sad but proud to be a part of the team. Melissa Benoist (Supergirl) said “it has been an honor portraying this iconic character.” She also mentions that she’s proud about how the character has impacted many young girls around the world and on her too. The show stands for hope and girl power and it is very admirable. Another cast member Nicole Maines (Dreamer/NiaNal) says, “While I’m sad this must come to an end; I am beyond happy and proud.” The fans are happy that the show was created and are very thankful for how they portrayed the characters. People are still sad at the fact that it has to end because we wish it kept going on forever. One of my sources said, “While I’m very sad and angry that the writers decided to cancel the show to pursue Superman and Lois, I just hope they finish it off in a good way and listen to fans on how it should end.” Out of anything fans just wish the show ends in a good way so that people are left happy.

Supergirl is a show about Superman’s cousin Kara Zor-El. Instead of arriving with Kal-El (Superman) she gets stuck in some sort of worm hole and about 24 years pass by. Time was frozen where she was at and when she finally arrives her baby cousin was now a grown man known as Superman. The amazing thing about the plot is that Supergirl isn’t a replica of her cousin. She is her own person and while they both stand for hope; you see they have different views on certain things. Supergirl also shows that women don’t need powers to be a strong woman. They have Alex (Kara’s adoptive sister) and Lena Luthor. They are both very smart and don’t have any powers. This show shows many diversities with many different views, races, gender and their orientation. Besides having diversity, they also are a very good role model to many women and children out there. They learn they can be anything and have to always stand for what they think is right and that’s why I think this show is very important for people out there.

Everyone hopes that Superman and Lois makes up for the loss of a very good show and hopes the season of Supergirl ends good and not have any disrespect toward any of the characters. By that I mean nobody should suffer a death at the end and instead have a happy ending and hopefully make appearances in the other CW shows from time to time. With that said we must push forward strongly and have hope that the show ends amazingly and respectfully.
