Christmas craft

These reindeer are so cute you might not want to open them to eat the M and M’s.

M&M reindeer

This craft is fairly easy.

You will need:

  • A small cloth bag
  • M&Ms
  • 2 brown pipe cleaners
  • A hot glue gun
  • 2 googly eyes
  • A small red pom pom
  • A red pipe cleaner
  • 3 small bells

  1. First start off with a small bag of some sort and fill it with M&Ms. I would recommend using a bag made out of cloth and not plastic because you will be gluing things into it later.
  2. Grab a brown pipe cleaner, make a small loop in the middle. After doing this wrap the remaining part of the pipe cleaner around your pinky so that it will appear to be curled. Be sure to repeat this step on both of the remaining ends; these will be your antlers.
  3. Cut your second pipe cleaner in half, then make small loops at the end of each pipe cleaner half. Each of these will be your legs.
  4. Hot glue your two googly eyes onto the loop that you made during step 2.
  5. Hot glue a small red pom pom under your Googly eyes.
  6. Take your red pipe cleaner and cut about one fourth of it off; you can throw the shorter end away. Make a circle with the remaining part of the pipe cleaner.
  7. Glue all three of the bells onto the red pipe cleaner circle you just made.
  8. Now all that is left is the assembly of hour reindeer. Hot glue both of the legs made in step 3 onto the bottom of the bag in a way that it will appear as though the reindeer is sitting down. Put the red circle over the top of the bag. This does not need to be glued to the bag but can be if you do not plan on opening it easily. Lastly hot glue the face onto the bag. Make sure that it is placed above the red circle.
  9. Allow the glue to set and enjoy!
