On the final regular season Sunday, some interesting things happened. For example, the Bills blew out the Dolphins, 56-26. The Saints won in Drew Brees’ final regular season game. The Ravens blew out the Bengals, 38-3. In the AFC, the Chiefs got the 1st seed, the Bills got the 2nd seed, the Steelers got the 3rd seed, the Titans got the 4th seed, and the Ravens got the 5th seed. In the NFC, the Packers got the 1st seed, the Saints got the 2nd seed, the Seahawks got the 3rd seed, Washington got the 4th seed, and the Bucs got the 5th seed.

Josh Allen went out and played a great game against the Dolphins. He threw for 224 yards with three touchdowns and one interception. Later that game, Matt Barkley replaced Allen. He threw for 164 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Gabriel Davis and John Brown caught a touchdown pass. Isaiah McKenzie caught two touchdown passes. Meanwhile, Tua Tagovailoa didn’t play as well. He threw for 361 yards with one touchdown and three interceptions. Malcolm Perry had the lone receiving touchdown for the Dolphins. There was no possibility of Ryan Fitzpatrick playing due to COVID. Byron Jones and Xavien Howard had the interceptions for Miami. Josh Norman had one interception while Dean Marlowe had two interceptions. With Josh Allen throwing for three touchdowns, he led the Bills to victory. This loss for the Dolphins eliminated them from the playoffs.

Drew Brees went out and played great in his final regular season game. He threw for 201 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions. Emmanuel Sanders, Jared Cook, and Austin Carr all caught a touchdown pass from Brees. Meanwhile, Teddy Bridgewater didn’t play well. He threw for 176 yards with no touchdowns and three interceptions. Trey Hendrickson, Grant Haley, Malcolm Jenkins, P.J Williams, Marshon Lattimore, and Ken Crawley all had an interception for the Saints. With Drew Brees throwing three touchdown passes and the two Panthers’ quarterbacks throwing five interceptions combined, he led the Saints to victory, 33-7.

Lamar Jackson went out and played a decent game. He threw for only 113 yards with three touchdowns and one interception. Miles Boykin had one receiving touchdown. Marquise Brown had two receiving touchdowns. On the Bengals side of things, Brandon Allen didn’t play well at all. He threw for only 48 yards with no touchdowns and two interceptions. Marcus Peters and Chuck Clark had the interceptions for the Bengals. Akeem Davis-Gather had the lone interception for Cincinnati. With Lamar Jackson throwing for three touchdowns, he led the Ravens to victory. This win for the Ravens helped them into the playoffs.

Saturday will start the playoffs. It will only feature the wild-card playoff round. The Colts will play the Bills. The Rams will play the Seahawks. Washington will play the Bucs. The Ravens will play the Titans. The Bears will play the Saints. The Browns will play the Steelers. Both the Chiefs and Packers get 1st round byes.
